Frequently asked questionsDo I need a PayPal account to order from the website? No. You should be able to choose "continue" to checkout without having to create an account. If you would rather not pay using a credit card, you can send me a money order in US funds, but it will take a little longer to ship your order. Contact me if you need assistance. How much do you charge for shipping? Do you ship internationally? If you live in the US or Canada, shipping is free. If you live outside that area, please contact me for a quote before placing your order. How long will it take for me to receive my order? Typically, it'll take one to two weeks. International orders can take up to eight weeks. Are there stores or galleries that carry your artwork/merchandise? My books can be found at The Attic in Green Bay, and Quimby's Books in Chicago. The Attic also carries a small selection of prints and framed work. Do you share/sell my information if I sign up for the mailing list or if I purchase work from you? No. I personally maintain my mailing list, and that information is not shared with anyone or any business. Do you give art lessons? Do you have instructional videos? Many other artists are more qualified to teach. My favorite was Bob Ross. Will you paint my wife/girlfriend/daughter? Do you accept commissioned work? I accept commissions on a case by case basis. Pricing starts at $300. Contact me if interested. If I send you pictures, will you paint me? Can I model for you? Sure! If I use your picture for a painting, I'll send you a few free prints. |
